Diploma distribution

At the Commencement ceremony, graduates will receive their diploma cover with a congratulatory note inside. Following the final posting of grades, the Registrar's Office will review the academic record of each student to verify all requirements are complete for the degree or certificate. Degrees and certificates are mailed to students approximately three weeks after their official graduation date (i.e., Dec. 31, 2025; May 16, 2026; Aug. 15, 2026) to the address requested by the student via first class mail. Accordingly, it is important that each student has a valid mailing address on file with the Registrar's Office, and for financial obligations to be paid, prior to Commencement.

Graduates are encouraged to review their mailing address on record by logging into . If the address needs to be updated, complete the address change form.
