- NEW 90-Day Review Process - For employees hired/onboarded through Oracle, 90-day reviews will be completed within the Oracle system. Supervisors will receive a notification 2 weeks prior to the 90-day mark and be directed to the process. Supervisors will complete the form and save it. After meeting with your new employee, you will be able to make any necessary edits to the form, then release the form to your employee. Your employee will sign off that they met with you and received the feedback.
Performance Appraisals are completed annually for all non-faculty employees. Operations employees are reviewed annually based on anniversary date of hire. All other divisions are due in June. Some areas may need to hold reviews earlier or later, dependent upon employee schedules and department workloads. Please communicate a change of due date with Human Resources.

Accident or Injury Reporting
To report an accident or injury, search for "Accident/Injury Report" card on . The report is sent automatically to the appropriate individuals once the user clicks on SUBMIT. The online Accident/Injury Report must be submitted even if the employee is not injured or does not require medical attention.
